Each of us is born with the ability to dream, but many people don’t remember or understand their dreams. Yet, because of that innate ability, individuals can use dreaming practices to transform and improve their lives. During sleep, a huge amount of brain activity opens up that allows our dreaming state to merge together information from waking reality, and from the conscious and unconscious mind with ancient knowledge. It all happens in that luminal place called dreamtime.
By teaching dreaming techniques, I can enjoy seeing people open up to the possibilities in their lives. Through these lessons, individuals develop an ability to move beyond the ways that their everyday senses view their surroundings. They can discover methods for healing, ways to advancing their goals, and transform their lives. Amazing things can happen. Dreaming techniques bring fresh viewpoints, provide a connection to highly individualized knowledge, and offer ways to augment intuition, awareness, and magical interactions with the seen and the unseen. Individuals can access the wisdom of their ancestors, their elevated guides and even divine beings through dreamtime. Carl Jung, the famous psychoanalyst, taught that people integrate their conscious and unconscious through dreams; by doing this, they became healthier people. The well-known Professor Joseph Campbell explained that mythology becomes alive in dreamtime. Through personal dreams, Campbell taught that experiences become greater than one individual thing; they link together the person’s experiences with myth. Even Freud (who disagreed with Jung on almost everything) believed that dreams clarify individual’s desires. Three unique trailblazers with different beliefs and backgrounds viewed dreams as essential to health and contentment. More recently, Maya Angelou said: “A person is the product of their dreams. So make sure to dream great dreams. And then try to live your dream.” In dreamtime, using simple techniques, you can find ways to dream great dreams and live them. Why wouldn’t I enjoy helping you to learn that? Note: to sign up for the current dreaming course by Lilith ThreeFeathers beginning in October, send an email to [email protected].

My co-author, Joy Marie Wemedyk, and I are thrilled to announce the upcoming book signing for The Heart of the Elder: Good Elders and Their Influence on Saturday, October 13, 2018. Join us at Bear Soul Studio
Location in Lakewood, Ohio! October 13, 2018 5:00-7:00 PM (Eastern) So very excited to participate in the first official book signing for our book! I used to say that I arrived late in life at writing as a craft, but honestly, I didn’t. As with most writers, I’ve been stringing words together most of my life. The accurate statement is that I arrived late in life to writing about subjects I pick and about topics that interest me. Before that, my writing was limited to assigned themes written with deadlines.
